"If you never let yourself go, you'll never get anywhere," was the only thought left in my mind.

Give me a break, if you've never heard of Camera Obscura and you adore music that just sets the mood to happy, then we've got some "esplaining" to do. Some "esplaining" that will seem well deserved in the end.
Take this gal pal to the right of here. Her name is Tracyanne Campbell and she likes to sing and play guitar. This band has it all actually and I'll just go ahead and give you a list of the nice people in this band:
Take this gal pal to the right of here. Her name is Tracyanne Campbell and she likes to sing and play guitar. This band has it all actually and I'll just go ahead and give you a list of the nice people in this band:
- Carey Lander – piano, organ, vocals
- Kenny McKeeve – guitar, mandolin, harmonica, vocals
- Gavin Dunbar – bass
- *Lee Thomson – drums
- *Nigel Baillie – trumpet, percussion
Lets get down to the over all style of music they play on their album which is described as "pop", but there is more of a south-western feel to this album, especially in the album titled track "Let's Get Out Of This Country". The track basically follows the "western dream" filled with sleeping around, getting married, and moving into a small cozy town. With this south-western flow and her indie-folk background, you're left with a medley of love songs, long country roads, and old farm houses.
